Account & Data Deletion
Account policies differ from game to game at CrayStream. You can request deletion of your account and related data using the guidance below. Requests can be made right here on this page without reinstalling the app.
Account policy by game
The data eligible for deletion depends on the game.
- PopRise Played with a Firebase account — as a guest (anonymous) or via social login (Google, Apple, Kakao). Deleting your account removes the live ranking records, push tokens, and account data stored on our server, and deletes your Firebase account. For Apple sign-in accounts on iOS, the Apple token is revoked before deletion.
- Games without login These run on a device basis with no separate account. In this case you can request deletion of the ranking records and save data tied to your device identifier.
How to request deletion
- Some games, such as PopRise, let you delete your account directly in the app settings. If you cannot use the app or prefer to request externally, use the options below.
- Tap the 'Request deletion' button below to open the contact form pre-set to the 'Account / Data deletion' type. Or email us at support@craystream.com.
- Please include the game name and either the account you signed in with (e.g. your social login email) or your in-game nickname / user ID.
- We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Once verified, we proceed with deletion.

What is deleted and what is retained

| Data that is deleted | Account identifiers (Firebase account and social login link), public nickname and profile, live ranking records, push tokens, and similar. |
| On-device data | Game progress, best scores, and similar data stored on your device are not kept on our server; they are removed when you delete your account in the app or uninstall the app. |
| Data that is retained | Past ranking settlement records (rank, score, etc.) are retained as a basis for rewards and operations, but on a deletion request the nickname is anonymized so you can no longer be identified. In addition, any information we are legally required to keep is retained for the legally mandated period, then destroyed. |
Processing time
We process requests without undue delay and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest. We notify you at the email address you provided once it is done.
